Kendall Tech Client

Workflow’s design team consulted closely with Perkins + Will and the client's Project Executive and management teams to outfit a new office location spanning 150,000 square feet across several floors in Cambridge, MA. Workflow assisted with FF&E specifications, finishes, costing and procurement. In addition, Workflow’s project management team oversaw and coordinated the multi-story installation over several months, ensuring seamless integration with the construction schedule and an on-time completion for the client.

CUSTOMIZATION + ACCESSORIES
With user flexibility as the key driver, Workflow engaged in a collaborative process with the client and design team to develop unique workstation solutions built by a bespoke manufacturer based in LA.

Workflow sourced, specified and managed the ordering and staging of accessories throughout the space including books, planters, throw pillows, and area rugs, resulting in a workspace that felt lived-in on day one.

A VARIETY OF SPACE TYPES
Workflow assisted to select FF&E that supported various employee work modes throughout the day - including workstations, coffee areas, rooms for rest, meeting rooms, assembly spaces, a game room and collaboration spaces.

ENHANCED CONNECTIONS
An interconnecting stair serves to join various space types and provides an opportunity to visually invite occupants to each unique floor, containing original artwork by mostly local, emerging artists.
