How to Create Digital Equity in Meetings

 

As organizations and individuals consider how, why and when they will be returning to the office, ensuring an equitable digital experience for all employees regardless of where they are located is a critical consideration of employee engagement and team performance. As we continue to work with clients who already had distributed teams prior to the pandemic, we have learned that the pandemic has served as a great leveler for those workers who rarely, if ever, set foot in a headquarters building. We all take up an equal amount of space when we’re on a Zoom or Teams call.
